• Retreat Deposits are required to reserve your spot. The deposit amount will be listed on the retreat’s page.

• Retreat Installments: After deposit is paid. Contact us to find out if the option of an installment payment plan is available.

• Retreat Cancellations & Refunds: We offer a “No questions asked, 30 Day moneyback guarantee” for retreats booked more than 90 days out. For retreats booked within 90 days, we provide a 72 hour free cancellation window. Beyond these periods, deposits become non-refundable. We may be able to offer partial refunds depending on circumstances and the agreement or contract made with the hosting Resort/Hotel but this is not a guarantee.

• Booking fees for live-stream classes may be refunded if you cancel before the class begins. If you don’t receive your refund automatically, please message us using our contact page about the cancellation so that we can manually process your refund.

• Appointment fees for in-person private sessions that are canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged.

• Online courses are non-refundable, however, selective and approved purchases may be transferred to future courses, events or services within one year of purchase date.

  Privacy:

• Any information you provide to this site you do so in the private; We consider the information you provide to this site as your property; We will respect your property and keep it private; We do not store details online; We do not store credit or debit card numbers;

• We use Stripe payment services to process credit card transactions. When you choose to make a card transaction, you will provide your card information directly to this service provider, and their privacy policy will apply to the information you provide. Please refer to Stripe’s privacy policy here for information about how they process your data;

• We use a 3rd party booking platform called Arketa to book our live-stream classes that may also retain information you provide. Please review Arketa's privacy policy to make sure you are in agreement here.

• You can request a copy of any information that we hold about you; You can also request that we delete your information;

• We may record our online and retreat events and do often share the recordings for teaching or marketing purposes; by participating in any online or retreat event, you agree to your voice and or image being used and shared in this way; if you wish for your voice and or image to be removed from recordings that are shared beyond those who do attend such events, you will need to contact us and request this prior to the event taking place;

• You allow us to place information on the hard drive of your computer in the form of so-called cookies, which you can remove or decline at any time;

• The organization, website, knowledge and services offered herein is provided by i: a woman; Cristina Bonilla, on an “as is” basis, in the private; i, and others of mankind do offer our time and property through the collective; and knowledge or services offered through this website or any outlet of the collective is property of i, and or of those of mankind who do otherwise create it;
